I couldn't ask for more, From a friend I always adored. Whenever my heart was torn, You mended it with your love and care. If I was frustrated or lost, There by my side you stayed, And wiped the tears away from my face. If lonesome or depressed, You'd get up and make me laugh. If I was completely filled with joy, You would join in my delight. If I greeted you with a smile, You'd jump up, and give me a hug. I couldn't ask for more from a friend like you. One who's always there by your side, and proves to be ever so true.
